Story sketching

The space between blogs is a combination of having little to say, and keeping my brain's right hemisphere occupied on the beginnings of my (finally!) novel.
I've rejected earlier attempts at fiction, although I still intend to add the artwork element to Someone You Will Never Meet and publish that at some point.
But this story, in the words of Jack Kerouac, will be told "just as it happened."
Well, almost.
I'm writing a partly-fictional account of the last few years, the prodigal son delving into debauchery and coming full-circle to where he began. It will be a memoir of sorts, mixing full stories and events in a non-chronological tale of what happened to me.
Names and places will be changed, of course, to protect the people involved (and me from libel) - even details will be omitted that may be too harsh, ones that may cause unnecessary pain in the telling of my story.
My confessions of wanderlust, if you will.

Working title: I've Come 'Round
