I was thinking aloud a few minutes ago, coming home from renting movies, and I said to myself, "What if you took the 'Yes' of Howard Roark, which is a type of 'Amen,' and welded it to the groaning Beatific 'Yes yes yes!' of Dean Moriarty? POW! You'd have something there!" And just as I uttered "POW!" there was a flash of lightning, a literal sheet of silent lightning, the first of the season (because it's the first I've seen, that makes it the first) and then I knew, I knew I had IT.
